as the space is meant for support, not criticism.

– **No Harassment or Bullying**: Any form of harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will

result in **immediate removal from the community**.

– **Maintaining a Safe Space**: If a participant violates these community rules, the Course creator

reserves the right to **remove the parents’ community feature entirely from your new course** if

necessary.

Failure to follow these rules may result in **removal from the community and/or loss of access to

your new course without a refund**.

you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure a professional,

respectful, and legally secure environment for both parties.

1. General Agreement

By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that:

– You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

– You understand that the consultation is for informational and educational purposes only and does

not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

– You respect the confidentiality of the session and will not disclose or misuse its content.

2. Respectful Conduct

To maintain a constructive and professional atmosphere, you agree to:

– Engage in the session with mutual respect and courtesy.

– Avoid aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.

– Understand that if inappropriate behavior occurs, the session may be terminated immediately

without a refund.

– You may only reschedule once.

– If you miss the rescheduled session, it will be forfeited without refund.

– No Refunds:

– No refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason.

– If you fail to attend or do not notify me within 24 hours, the session will be considered forfeited.

– Provider-Initiated Rescheduling:

– In the rare case that I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offeredan alternative date.

– Refunds will only be considered at my sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

– Ownership of Materials:

– Any resources, methodologies, frameworks, or tools shared during the session remain my

intellectual property.

– You may use the insights gained for personal application only.

– You may not reproduce, resell, repurpose, or distribute them in any form.
